Terms of Service

Welcome to Le Vast Monde. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Le Vast Monde provides professional web development, digital marketing, and branding services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required before work commences.
• Invoicing: Final payments are due upon project completion or as per defined milestones.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may incur late fees.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the client owns the final assets produced. Le Vast Monde retains the right to use the work created for its own portfolio and marketing purposes unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing necessary assets (images, logos, copy, access credentials) in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests for additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
